Each vendor in our marketplace sets their own shipping rates based on factors like:
Package weight & dimensions
Shipping destination

Delivery speed (Standard, Expedited, Overnight)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary between vendors.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Vendors select their preferred carriers and shipping options.
Estimated delivery times depend on:
The vendor’s processing time (typically 1–3 business days).
The shipping method chosen (e.g., 2–5 days for standard shipping).
Customers will see shipping details on each product page or at checkout.
3. Combined Shipping (If Applicable)
If a customer orders from multiple vendors, shipping costs are calculated separately per vendor.
Some vendors may offer combined shipping discounts—check their store policies.
4. International Shipping
Vendors decide whether they ship internationally.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
5. Free Shipping Thresholds
Some vendors may offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount (e.g., "$50+ free shipping").
Check individual store pages for promotions.
6. Returns & Lost Packages
Shipping-related issues (lost/damaged packages) should be resolved directly with the vendor.
Return shipping costs (if applicable) are determined by the vendor’s return policy.
7. How to Check Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are displayed:
On the product page (if flat rate).
At checkout (for calculated rates).
For specific questions, contact the vendor directly.
8. Changes to Shipping Rates
Vendors may adjust shipping rates due to carrier price changes or promotions.
9. Import Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be charged by their country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in the shipping cost or product price, and we have no control over them. For more information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
8. Food Delivery
Please note: All food orders are available for local delivery on Saturdays only for a fee of $14.50 per delivery. Free customer pickup is available on Sundays.
